Richard Buxton - his story Between the Times was placed 2nd in the 2018 Retreat West Short Story Competition.
January 2019
Wendy Swarbrick - Wendy's Flash Fiction piece, 'Desecration and Repentance', (originally inspired at a WSW workshop) placed second in the Third Quarter 2018 Flash 500 competition.
December 2018
Alison Hawes - has been commissioned to write a further two early readers for Ladybird books. Also, out now, USA co-editions of Alison's OUP early readers, Ann's Mess, Turnip is missing and The Zipbot.
Phil Williams - his novel Under Ordshaw was placed as a semi-finalist in SPFBO 2018, an international competition hosted by author Mark Lawrence. Phil's book was highly commended, reaching 3rd place in his group.

Jilliana Ranicar-Breese - has self published a collection of Turkish inspired poems in English and Turkish, published in Turkey and entitled ‘Nazar’. She also performed in the Kalkan Amphitheater, Turkey in the summer.
